Saturday 21st September 1974, Wimbledon, Spedeworth vs
MARC
Report by 'Southdowner' from World Banger Championship programme
We must not forget the Grand Prix Midgets who turned up in
great numbers and opened the meeting with 20 laps of wet mud
and shale, near misery. Both Frank Boyles and Mick Bonner
had terrible outings with far too much power to keep pointing
the right way and overall it was Derek Kisby who had the best
record in the GP Midget formula - a nice change.
