Søren Meder Søren is now hillclimbing with Lotus Elan 71 and there was a feature on him in the first issue of my magazine Oval Track Classic in 2009.

Danish Rallycross The Danes still have a strong presence in Rallycross.

Arnold Larsen retired from Motorsport but his son Henrik is a multiple saloon car champion in Denmark. It is well known that budgets rather than talent smooth the path to the 'higher level'in motor racing so bear in mind that when in single seaters Henrik was runner up to Mika Hakkinen in the Opel Lotus Euroseries.

Carl-Erik Kristensen has two successful sons in motor racing. His eldest son Tom is a seven times winner of the Le Mans 24 Hour Race. His younger son, Jacob, races in the Danish Touring Car Championship. The family ran a team, K Motorsport, in the Danish Touring Car Championship for several seasons. Carl Erik competed in the 2003 Copenhagen Historic Festival in an NSU TT.

Steen Mikkelsen Steen Erik Mikkelsen Was a leading Special Saloon driver and one his dirt track racing cars (a BMW) surfaced on the Danish historic scene a couple of years ago although we can't trace Steen himself.
