My fourth book - available now!

Having written three books covering short oval racing in the 1970s I suppose the next step was always going to be a look at the 1980s.

My own view of the 1980s was much different from the preceding decade and so I wanted to produce something a little different this time. The resulting book be another paperback and all in colour (aside from a very small selection of b/w photos).

In order to do this I have agreed a contract with a new publisher, Veloce who are based down in Dorchester.

The book fits into Veloce's 'Those were the days' range of nostalgic automotive books and unlike my previous works I've been able to include an appendix which lists all the major champions throughout the decade.
